Our Walks and Experiences

Meet and Greet Experience:

1 hour 30 minutes £25.00 per person (£10.00 per child under 15)

This experience is for those who prefer not to walk, but want to enjoy some leisurely social time with the donkeys, petting, grooming and of course, making the most of photo opportunities. Mandy will always be on hand to assist and offer advice and instruction, answering any questions you may have. Under 15's can also enjoy this activity, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Refreshments in the chalet are included.

Short Walk:

Approximately 1-1.5 hours.

£35.00 per donkey / £15.00 per additional person, including refreshments.

Take your donkey around the top and bottom lanes of Sidbury, dropping back into the village and returning to the yard for refreshments in the chalet.

Long Walk:

Approximately 2-2.5 hours.

£45.00 per donkey / £20.00 per additional person, including refreshments.

Take your donkey around the lovely lanes and quiet bridle-paths surrounding Sidbury, enjoying picturesque views on route. Return to the yard for refreshments in the chalet.

Refreshments consist of tea/coffee/squash and cakes/biscuits. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the refreshments on offer are free from nuts, dairy or gluten.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking as we cannot add additional time for late arrivals. All walks and experiences are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Deposit of £10.00 will be taken at the time of booking. The remainder of the booking fee will be taken on the day, upon arrival (card or cash only - no cheques).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You must be reasonably fit and agile to do any of the walks.
• You will be given a Health and Safety talk and instructions before your experience, and will be asked to sign a Disclaimer stating that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
• Sidbury Trek Donkeys will not be liable for any injuries or damage to persons or belongings.
• You must wear sensible, sturdy footwear - no open toe shoes, sandals or flip-flops.
• You are responsible for all your possessions and vehicles are parked at your own risk.
• No dogs allowed.
• You must notify the proprietor of any allergies you may have.
• Minimum of 2 persons per booking or walk.
• Minimum of 2 donkeys per booking or walk.
• Maximum of 6 persons per booking (including minimum of 1 adult per 2 children).
• Children under 15 years of age cannot participate in the walks.
• All children MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Deposits paid to secure a walk are non-refundable, except within the first fourteen days from making the payment, under your Consumer Rights. This does not apply if a deposit is paid within fourteen days of the activity taking place.
• Circumstances beyond our control or adverse weather conditions may result in your booking being cancelled. In this instance, you will be offered a full refund.
• Participants must not feed the donkeys.
